Growing Canadian Company Acquires Arkansas Senior Care Business For Strategic Entry In South Central U.S.

Nova Leap Health Corp (TSXV: NLH), a 2019 TSX Venture 50™ ranked firm that is focused exclusively on the home health care industry, recently announced entry in the South Central, U.S. region following the acquisition of Grace at Home Senior Care (GAHSC), a Fort Smith, Arkansas home care business, according to Carl Grimes, who managed the transaction on behalf Confidential Business Intermediaries.

Nova Leap Health finalized the deal to purchase GAHSC in September. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. GAHSC provides personalized, one-on-one, non-medical care for seniors within the comfort and security of their own home.

“We’re pleased we had the opportunity to represent Grace at Home and help them identify best-fit buyers to complement their service offering and help them serve their clients even better. Nova Leap Health offers GHSC strength from a respected, growing brand and more opportunity to serve,” explained CBI Chairman and Founder Carl Grimes.

Founded in 2016, Nova Leap Health has experienced significant growth through strategic acquisition. Most recently the company earned the No. 2 spot on the 2020 Report on Business ranking of Canada’s Top Growing Companies. Canada’s Top Growing Companies ranks Canadian companies on three-year revenue growth. Nova Leap earned its spot with three-year growth of 8,602%.

The home care industry continues to see opportunity as investors are eager to acquire them.

“For those smaller, founder-led companies based in rural or smaller metropolitan areas with less competition, we have buyers searching for your business,” Grimes said.
