Covid changed a lot of things, didn’t it, including added emphasis on the word “pivot.”
All of us business folks heard that word and some of us even did it, probably those who are reading this newsletter. Because if you didn’t pivot, it’s likely your business didn’t survive the earthquake created by Covid.
However, there is one thing that Covid didn’t change.
The need for relationship(s). Real, live interaction with someone who can look you in the eye and shake your hand and lend an ear to listen.
In fact, studies have shown that post-Covid there is a deeper desire and need for relationships.
