First Steps in Buying OR Selling a Business

Through our lives we all repeatedly have taken “first steps”.  We never outlive LEARNING!  And hopefully you will learn something as you read this short summary about Buying or Selling a Business.

For over 30 years, Confidential Business Intermediaries (the CBI Team) has worked with Buyers and Seller.  My husband and I bought a business 25 years ago after contacting the CBITeam’s founder Carl Grimes.  Even though my husband and I had both started our own businesses in Little Rock that were very successful, and we had also sold them several years later to qualified Buyers, we still did not understand all the steps involved that were critical to a successful and profitable sale and ultimately a purchase of another business.
