The CBI Team is proud to announce that our very own Carol Miller Gresham was recently honored by her alma mater, Ouachita Baptist University, at the annual Stepping Up for Ouachita Annual Event. Held on November 8th at Chenal Country Club in Little Rock, the event celebrates women alumni and friends of the university who exemplify grace, leadership, integrity, and faith—qualities that Carol embodies in both her personal and professional life.
Carol is an Executive Business Broker with the CBI Team in Northwest Arkansas, and has built an impressive career marked by service, leadership, and community empowerment. As a charter member of the Ouachita Student Foundation, she was recognized for her academic excellence and dedication to service, earning spots in Who’s Who Among American Colleges and Universities and the Alpha Chi honor society.
Despite her degree in Music Education, Carol’s entrepreneurial path began with mentorship from Dr. Bill Downs at Ouachita. She went on to launch CMP Market Research and other ventures, supporting national developers and housing initiatives. Her commitment to helping others extended to her role as Vice Chancellor for Development at Arkansas State University–Mountain Home, where she secured a foundation grant to assist families in poverty and co-founded the Mountain Home Education Foundation.
Carol has created and developed several long-term successful businesses, which she then marketed and sold to other investors. Her experience in owning and selling multiple businesses has been a key factor in her success with the CBI Team.
Carol and her husband, Rip, are active in their church and community, and she has served on several local and state boards. Carol was Honored with an Alumni Milestone Award in 2016, Carol describes Ouachita as a welcoming community that fosters lifelong friendships.
