Do you do business with strangers?

Are you willing to disclose intimate, private, information about your business to strangers?

I don’t think so, but that’s what a lot of people on Facebook are trying to get business owners to do, send them ALL your information and they “guarantee” to “Sell your business in two weeks” or they’ll “Get you 4 X your annual revenue as a purchase price.”

Balderdash!!

For most folks, selling a business is a once-in-a-lifetime event and you want to KNOW the people who will handle the sale and who have a process that involves you and your expectations.

One of our CBI Central Arkansas brokers is communicating with a Little Rock area business owner who signed up with a broker from the east coast who they never met and who never entered the business.

That effort failed.

Our broker has now met twice with the owner, once to hand off a checklist of items needed to evaluate the business, and another time to view the business in person.

The owner isn’t doing business with a stranger and neither should you.

That’s why the CBI Team has brick and mortar offices in Little Rock, Springdale, Tulsa and Memphis, so we can meet and get to know business owners and their businesses.

When you do business with CBI you aren’t doing business with a stranger, but with a partner who is determined to complete a successful sale for you.

For more information contact CBI at 877-582-5200 and arrange an in-person meeting with a real, live, trained, professional business broker.
