Carol Gresham Miller, Executive Business Broker, had previously worked with the seller, Jeff Thompson, in a buyer capacity. When Jeff decided to sell his franchise business, he reached out to Carol for assistance. With increasing travel demands from his other job, he was no longer able to manage the business daily. Fortunately, he had built a strong foundation, including a key manager and an expanded catering service that served several prominent organizations in Northwest Arkansas.
Given its prime Bentonville location and long-standing success, the business attracted significant buyer interest. Ultimately, it was acquired by a financially capable new owner with extensive experience in the food industry, ensuring a smooth transition and continued growth.
