Russel Baugh confidentially helps people Sell & Buy businesses to secure their financial future
As a business broker with Confidential Business Intermediaries, Russell Baugh brings decades of senior-level financial experience and operational leadership to business owners navigating complex transitions.
Russell has served in numerous executive roles including President, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Director, Controller, and Financial Analyst, advising management teams and owners across both public and privately held companies. His experience spans organizations ranging in size from a few million dollars in revenue to multi-billion-dollar enterprises, providing him with a rare, ground-level understanding of how value is created, protected, and ultimately realized in a transaction.
His industry background includes public accounting, retail, manufacturing, construction, oilfield services, waste management, equipment rental, shared services, and food services—a breadth that allows him to quickly understand diverse business models and identify the drivers that matter most to qualified buyers.
With an MBA from the University of Arkansas, Russell is also a licensed CPA and a Cardone Certified 10X Business Coach, combining financial rigor with strategic insight. His background allows him to ask the right questions early, identify what truly drives value, and help owners think clearly and strategically about their options while maintaining confidentiality and discretion throughout the process. This unique perspective enables Russell to guide sellers not just through a transaction, but through the positioning, preparation, and discipline required to achieve strong outcomes. Business owners who work with Russell value his professional judgment, insight, and honest, straightforward communication.
Russell is a native of Arkansas and currently lives in Bryant. He has been married to his wife Joyce for more than 40 years and is the father of three adult children and grandfather to four living grandchildren. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking competition level BBQ, golfing, hunting, working with his hands, spending time with his family, and cutting lumber on his TimberKing sawmill.
