Born in Lima, Peru, Carmen Eagles graduated from La Providence High School before
attending San Ignacio de Loyola College, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in
business and marketing.

Carmen transitioned into real estate after a successful 20-year career in the insurance
industry, where she owned her own agency and earned multiple awards, including
recognition as one of the Top 5 Sales Performers in her district. Her background provided a
strong foundation in sales, marketing, customer service, and communication—all
essential skills that continue to serve her clients today.

Carmen attributes her success in business to her commitment to serving others. She
works tirelessly on behalf of her clients, upholding the highest standards of
