Fenton is a lifelong Memphian with a deep passion for enhancing the quality of life for both residents and businesses in his city. Committed to shaping the future of Memphis, he brings strategic planning and organizational management expertise to his work across various industries.

Fenton has worked in leading talent development initiatives and fostered a supportive community for Memphis creatives. His work included developing creatives as informed business operators and viable economic drivers in the local community. As an operations director and independent management consultant, he has provided strategic leadership and project management for educational institutions and small businesses. His experience spans business startups, project management, and board governance.

In addition to his business leadership, he is the pastor of Christian Love Fellowship Church in the Frayser community.

A graduate of Memphis Central High School, Fenton holds an Executive MBA from the Fogelman College of Business at the University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Arts in Banking and Finance from Morehouse College.
