Before joining the CBI Team in Central Arkansas as a Business Broker, Stephen built a distinguished 30-year career as a BIM Manager and Structural Designer at several midsized engineering firms.  During this time, he led teams and managed various facets of project development.  Additionally, Stephen has hands-on experience in real estate ownership and management and founded a successful software business in 1997, which he grew into a thriving, profitable enterprise.  This diverse background equips Stephen with the insights and skills necessary to guide business owners through the complex process of selling their businesses.  His deep commitment to business brokerage ensures that he helps clients find the right buyer and secure the best possible sale price.

Originally from south Arkansas, Stephen has made central Arkansas his home since 1992.  He graduated from Southern Arkansas University Tech in 1992 with a degree in Computer-Aided Design, where he served as President of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and was named Outstanding Graduate.  Stephen is married, a father of five, and enjoys theatre, music, family time, and spending time at the lake.
