Jon Holbert is the CEO at The CBI TEAM. He is located at the firm in Springdale, Arkansas. He has been involved with CBI since 2011 and has had great success helping his clients reach their goals. Jon has been involved in dozens of deals and fully understands how to facilitate the process of selling a business. Jon has over 35 years of business experience as an executive in multi-million dollar companies and as an owner/operator of several other successful businesses.
Jon developed an interest in business sales, including mergers and acquisitions after selling several companies he has owned and after participating in the sale of a large company he managed to a publicly held company. Jon says “I found I enjoyed selling companies more than working in them”. Jon’s broad knowledge of business allows him to serve businesses of all sizes and types and finds all businesses interesting. Jon holds an Arkansas Real Estate Sales license and can facilitate the real estate portion of a deal as well.. His objective is to provide his clients with sound business advice and first class service while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Jon was born in Plainview Texas and moved to NW Arkansas in 1992; He has three adult children, one granddaughter and another grand on the way. He resides with his wife DeLee on the White River below Beaver Dam. His hobbies include fishing, shooting sporting clays and gunsmithing. Jon is a member of the International Business Brokers Association.
