Personal Experience

Erik Stevenson is a Memphis-based executive, commercial real estate professional, and business intermediary with a background spanning economic development, public-private partnerships, capital projects, operations, and enterprise leadership. He brings a disciplined, consultative approach to helping business owners, buyers, investors, and stakeholders evaluate opportunities with clarity, confidentiality, and practical business judgment.

Erik’s career includes senior leadership roles with the Memphis Area Transit Authority, P3 Group, the Greater Memphis Chamber, and the Downtown Memphis Commission, where he worked across complex operating environments involving municipal partners, financial stakeholders, business owners, developers, boards, and community leaders. His experience includes capital project oversight, commercial real estate advisory, operational restructuring, compliance, business development, and stakeholder negotiation.

As a licensed real estate professional in Tennessee, Erik has advised clients on commercial property searches, site selection, lease considerations, market fundamentals, acquisition strategy, and project feasibility. His broader executive background allows him to look beyond the transaction and evaluate the operational, financial, real estate, workforce, and market factors that influence business value and long-term sustainability.

Erik is also a U.S. Army veteran and former Sergeant, having managed logistics operations, personnel, equipment accountability, and mission-critical resources during deployments to Iraq. That foundation continues to inform his leadership style: prepared, discreet, accountable, and focused on execution.

He holds a Master’s degree in Project Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication. Erik has been recognized as a Memphis Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree and Urban Elite 40 Under 40 honoree.
