Personal Experience
Before joining the CBI Team, Tim was a corporate executive with more than 30 years leading corporate real estate strategy, market expansion, and large scale development for Fortune 500 companies. During his career he completed over $1 Billion in development projects in the grocery, hotel, convenience store and banking industries with industry leading firms such as Safeway, Skaggs Alpha-Beta, Marriott, La Quinta Inns, Circle K, and Bank OZK. In addition, Tim has owned and operated car wash and restaurant businesses, giving him the perspective of both a seasoned corporate real estate executive and an entrepreneur who understands the realities of buying, growing, and operating a business.
Tim’s approach combines analytical rigor with creative problem-solving, leveraging his real estate expertise to turn challenges into opportunities and opportunities into measurable results.
A native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Tim resides in Little Rock, Arkansas, with his wife Mila. He enjoys spending time with his family which includes 3 adult daughters, one granddaughter and two stepchildren.
