Personal Experience
I help manage the processes and procedures used by four offices in three states to confidentially help people sell and buy businesses: Maintaining the CRM used by all brokers in the organization, assisting with marketing businesses for sale on a variety of marketing websites, facilitating weekly team meetings so that all brokers are kept up to date and involved in evaluating businesses that have expressed interest in selling. I also assist buyers of a wide variety of businesses with financing options for acquisitions through our Loans4Business program and work with all parties including closing attorney and title companies to coordinate closings on acquisitions.
