Kenny Wilson was told it couldn’t be done. Two Springfield, Missouri business brokerage firms said “no way” but Kenny needed to sell the Springdale, Arkansas division of his successful Wilson Industrial Tire business so he kept doing an internet search until he found CBI+Team, a nationwide business brokerage firm with an office in Springdale.
In Kenny’s own words, “The CBI+Team has a can-do attitude.”
And, in less time than he thought, Kenny has sold his Springdale location and the new owner, Vicky Wood, is operating it. Both accomplished their objectives.

Challenges, yes, but Kenny said he was aware of them from the beginning because his Team Intermediary who listed the business warned him of the challenges but the TI also managed all the problems to get to the closing table.
